This property is just 600 metres from the Old Town and a 15-minute walk from the beach. Located opposite the Acropolis Convention Centre, Gallieni Apartment is 1.5 km from the Promenade des Anglais. Free WiFi is provided.

Please note that before departure, guests must wash the dishes and take out the rubbish.
Please note that luggage storage is possible off site, subject to availability. Prices for luggage storage start at EUR 5.
Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges.
This apartment was renovated in 2016. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 109 PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS, 06000 NICE. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 台塑集團總裁王文淵自今年6月初請辭工商協進會常務理事、接連缺席台塑化、台化股東會，日前台北紡織展也不見他身影，引發外界認為是他對政府心寒所導致。不過，王文淵今（18）日澄清，是要重新對全球紡織參展做新的布局與規畫，尤其面對各國區域經濟，台商相對資源少，集團勢必要重新思考整個發展策略。
王文淵今年下半年鮮少出現在公開場合，有人認為這是台塑集團對政府「無聲的抗議」。根據《工商時報》報導，他今日與媒體見面，特別澄清此事，表示媒體過度揣測，對台灣企業、政府齊力拚經濟不太好。他解釋，缺席台北紡織展有企業經營層面的考量，主要想知道缺席對訂單有多大影響。
王文淵指出，面對各國區域經濟，台商在相對經濟協議資源較少情況下，勢必得重新規畫集團全球策略與行銷，對全球紡織參展做重新布局與評估。他也強調，集團與總統、行政院長的溝通管道很順利，沒有必要故意缺席表達抗議，大家應該要共同面對在資源有限的情況下，如何突破現況，營造好的經濟發展環境。
另外，《中央社》也報導，針對環保署明（2018）年4月將針對固定性汙染源產生細懸浮微粒（PM2.5）開徵空汙費。王文淵則說，燃煤發電機組潔淨排放程度已做到如同天然氣機組，雖會產生汙染物但都能控制在最低極限，且最主要能穩定供電，這也是為什麼世界各國都繼續使用燃煤機組的原因，認為政府應對努力節能減碳、潔淨排放達到標準的業者予以獎勵，才能激勵其他業者。
