You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of USD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

台中市太平區本月21日下午發生一起槍擊案，一名43歲吳姓男子疑因酒後情緒失控，竟持改造手槍朝無辜民眾開槍，導致三人受傷，吳男行凶後躲回住處，和警方對峙兩個多小時後才棄械投降，而吳男行凶時的監視器畫面今（27）日也被網友上傳到《爆料公社》。
綜合媒體報導，本月21日下午3時許，一名吳姓男子因酒後情緒不穩，帶著手槍走出家門，朝一輛停在檳榔攤前的汽車車內連開5、6槍，朱姓駕駛身中三槍，送醫急救後目前仍在加護病房觀察，而當時坐在副駕駛座的王姓男子、開車路過的林姓女子也被波及受傷。吳男行凶後躲回住處，與獲報而來的大批警力對峙2個多小時後才棄械投降。
今日則有網友將當時的2段影片上傳到《爆料公社》，從曝光的影片中可看到，當時朱姓男子將車停在檳榔攤前，一名男子正站在車外與他聊天，吳男由車子後方走來，推開車外的男子，對著車內連開5、6槍，一旁的男子也未阻止他，吳男之後又朝著馬路連開2槍，相當囂張。在第二段影片中，朱男的妻子抱著孩子想上車，沒想到吳男又跑回來朝車輛開槍，朱男急忙倒車躲避。
事後警方調查，吳男供稱當時是因喝醉酒，以為朱男是要來尋仇的，才會對他開槍，吳男訊後被依殺人未遂罪嫌送辦並裁定收押。
